Good Times Play Systems provides FREE local delivery to our customers within our coverage area. Delivery will go smoothly when proper arrangements are made in advance. Free delivery and setup within the coverage area includes one trip to the specified delivery address.
Set-up includes leveling the play system with wooden blocks and securing to the ground using wooden stakes. We provide one free leveling at delivery. RENT TO OWN is a no strings plan that allows you to have your own play system in your own backyard, when and where you need it. You are not required to fill out a credit application, nor are you required to keep your play system.

How long will I have to wait for delivery after ordering?
Once your order has been processed by a sales agent, we make every attempt to deliver in-stock play systems within 5-7 business days, weather dependent. New build orders can be expected 2-3 weeks after purchasing. For most accurate lead times, you may always call us at 270-789-4237.
What methods of payment are accepted for the balance at delivery?
Any balance due at delivery must be paid by personal or cashier's check, money order or credit card. Cash payments are NOT accepted at delivery, this is for the safety of our drivers.
Am I required to prep the site before delivery?
You are required to ensure enough clearance for the play system tower, truck, and trailer. There are many things to consider when determining the clearance necessary for the successful delivery of your play system. Low driveway arches, power lines, lateral lines, septic systems etc. may cause issues for the driver when entering the property. If the driver determines that attempting delivery may risk damage to the product, delivery equipment or customer’s property, arrangements for another location must be made by the customer.
If another trip is necessary to make delivery, the customer will bear the entire cost of the subsequent delivery including the cost of $4.00 per loaded mile.
Delivery personnel are not responsible for the trimming of trees, clearing of brush or stumps, or the removal of fences & gates or anything else deemed an obstruction at the delivery site. Please use conservative judgment when considering ditches and/or tight access routes/turns on rural access roads.
